About Us
What are we all about?
The Florida Agricultural Plastics Recycling Cooperative, Inc. (FLAPRC) is an industry cooperative bringing farmers, plastics recyclers, brokers nurseries, agricultural plastic manufactures and regulators together to develop solutions to the landfilling and open burning of waste agricultural plastics. This includes seeking solutions to sustainable recycling alternatives as well as legislative activities to ensure appropriate oversight and assistance.

Establish Recycling Cooperative for Ag Plastics
In order to maximize economies, FLAPRC is exploring setting up a co-op where farmers and nurseries could pool their residual ag plastics in certain areas of generation in order to take advantage of economies of scale when it comes to transportation and marketing of end of life ag plastics.
